A WATCHMAN's WARNING: One Ruling Has Upheld Federal Tyranny Over the American People

On June 28th, 2012, the nation’s highest court, upheld the tyranny of federal power over the American electorate as to whether it possesses the authority to compel the citizenry to buy health insurance.

Any government that can compel its citizenry on the pain of further punitive action against that citizen for not purchasing what it mandates – in this case, levying a tax as a form of penalization against those who wish to opt out of Obamacare – such a government can do anything against its citizen in the name of whatever it deems fit for the cause it is supporting, even if that cause is demonstratively destructive to that citizenry.

On Thursday, June 28th, 2012, the nation witnessed the further dismantling of our Constitution, and with it, the unraveling of American liberty.

On this front alone, the Supreme Court’s decision has now cede complete and ultimate authority to a runaway federal behemoth, lusting for more power as it continues its rapacious abrogation of our civil liberties in the name of our security, destroys our purchasing power – an insidious hidden tax felt especially by the poorest among US, but one which hits Americans of all walks of life, drives his Anti-Second Amendment Rights into the ground with new and more onerous legislation to take our rights to firearms – that have historically proven to have absolutely no affect upon crime, but has served to disarm law-abiding citizens, and now with this Court’s decision in favor of the Affordable Healthcare Law, otherwise known as Obamacare – will impose on the already suffering American electorate twenty-one taxes, as well as penalize those who decide to opt out of the plan with a punitive tax, even though the law itself as it was argued and passed by the Obama Administration and by their allies in congress; have claimed that the single payer fine for those who opt out is not a tax.

Well, though the Obama Administration argued that the fine is not a tax, even before the Supreme Court in arguments supporting the punitive measure; Chief Justice John Roberts’ speaking for the majority who upheld the legislation as Constitutional, wrote that the federal government has the right to impose such a punitive tax upon those among the electorate who opt out of Obamacare, while maintaining that it could not impose such a tax under the Commerce Clause.

Then, if the Commerce Clause cannot be invoked to support such a punitive tax upon those who opt out of Obamacare, what authorizes the government under our Constitution to possess this authority against those who decide to opt out?

Roberts’ case is incongruent and this writer must agree with talk show host Michael Savage’s assessment that Chief Justice Roberts’ judgment is impaired by the medication he takes for his epilepsy

Once again, today another nail was put to America’s coffin. Once again, America died a little more today, as it moves further and further to its demise.

Once against what Obama wants, Obama gets; and once again we will see the further economic destabilization and destruction of this economy, and the increase disruption of the free enterprise system as we have known it, and once again, more and more money will be squeezed from the already impoverished people, especially the elderly and the infirmed, and transferred via higher and more punitive costs, taxes, and premiums to the insurance companies, and from them to the central bankers behind the curtain who’ve orchestrated the fiasco we have just seen unfold before our eyes.

We look all around US and we see unspeakable corruption at every level of our society; whether it be in commerce or politics, the education system, or the courts, and yes; we see corruption in the Church and Synagogue.

What years ago was done in the dark, behind closed doors, today it is brazenly done out in the open and with impunity if the ones committing the crimes are “made” or “connected” as part of the “elite insiders.” If they’re not, then the arm of the law occasionally pounces upon them.

Thus we see the vigorous prosecution of organized crime, yet the largest criminal elements of our own government and within finance go unpunished. We see people like John Corzine of MS Global, formerly of Goldman Sachs, pilfer the life savings of countless of people to the tunes of hundreds of millions of dollars, yet remain unaccountable because he is “connected,” whereas someone like Bernie Madoff goes to prison for similar crimes, as he should. We see the double standard.

We see the corruption in an administration conducting war without the approval or consent of congress, using the armed forces of the United States to run foreign wars for foreign powers and foreign banks in the name of the United Nations for NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization).

We see this administration conduct illegal gun running of firearms into the criminal element in Mexico, which the Mexican government is at war with; and misappropriating federal money towards these enterprises, and the misuse of Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF), the Department of Justice, and the Drug Enforcement Administration assets to do the same.

We see an administration that welcomes terrorists into the White House, support terrorist organizations such as Hamas $900 million which they’ve use to purchase missiles which they’ve shot into Israeli cities.

This administration has become so bold and so brazen in its illegal activities that the king of a major middle east nation has demanded to know why it has welcomed terrorists into the Oval Office.

There is so much on the docket against this administration that if this congress had some spine it would have proceeded with impeachment hearings and moved to impeach the corruption that now sits in the Oval Office, and would have cleared the stench and filth from the highest office in the land – the presidency – because it has been tarnished, and the nation has been damaged, perhaps indefinitely.

Today’s decision by the Supreme Court is a dark day for this nation. American liberty has been dealt a fatal blow, and we may not recover from it.

If there is one thing that we must do as we stand on the precipice of our own demise is this, we must as a people look up and ask the Lord G-d to spare our land, remove our leaders from our midst and replace them with men and women of integrity, and forgive US our transgressions and our nation sin of aborting forty-five million babies, and many other national crimes which we as a people through our leaders have committed upon and against others.

I end this report with the following observations from Glenn Beck, who during and after his interview of Rabbi Jonathan Cahn on Wednesday and Thursday, wrote this:

On Tuesday’s “Glenn Beck Program”, Glenn interviewed author Jonathan Cahn about his controversial book – The Harbinger: The ancient mystery that holds the secret of America’s future. While there is a healthy debate over the factual nature of the book, Glenn was interested in it for one reason: the message.

During the interview, Cahn explained that the book delves into many of the parallels between the end of ancient Israel and post-9/11 America. According to the book, both Israel and America are nations that were meant to be a light to the world and were founded with God’s word.

However, when stricken by tragedy (Assyrians attacking Israel, Al Queda attacking America), the people did not turn back to God as much as they rose up in defiance. Cahn noted that the leaders in both nations discussed the passage from the Bible Isaiah 9:10, “The bricks are fallen down, but we will build with hewn stones: the sycomores are cut down, but we will change them into cedars.”

“We’re going to rise up without God. We’re going to rise up without turning our course. Without checking our ways. We’re going to get stronger without correcting our course,” Cahn said. “It leads to calamity.”

Some have criticized the book for the interpretation that America somehow deserved to be attacked on 9/11, but Glenn was quick to dismiss that idea during the interview. Instead, he focused on the role of God and faith in the history of both America and Israel, and the role of faith in response to tragedy

To Glenn, regardless of whether or not you believe the harbingers listed in the book are fact or fiction, the message is still important: As a nation rises from tragedy, it’s important for the people to remember God and faith.

Let US as a nation and as a people call upon the name of the Lord G-d of all Creation, and ask His forgiveness and His restoration, and that He may spare our land any further devastation, be it economic or otherwise. G-d bless America, America must bless G-d.

Then remember the decision made this day, everyone reading this will be impacted by this decision and its intended and unintended consequences upon your future.

Your ONE VOTE will be among tens of millions of others, and there must be enough of US to turn the tide and direction of this great nation. We must do it; it is our civic duty, it is our sacred trust, and it is our moral responsibility to do so as citizens of this great republic.

We must take it back and work together to bring it back from the brink of its demise. It is time to stand and do our part. We dare not shirk our responsibility at this hour, because if we are the authors of our own nation’s demise, we will have G-d to answer to when asked why we shrank back in complacency and apathy at the hour of our calling. And what will we say?

Germany fell to Hitler because there were not enough good people who stood up to the looming tyranny when the hour called for it, and the world was plunged into war and tens of millions were slaughtered.

The stakes are much higher today as we live in a nuclear age, an age of terror, an age of all types of militancy; an age where good is called evil and evil good.

We must render unto Caesar what is Caesar’s and unto G-d what is G-d’s; that is to say, we must fulfill our civic and our religious duties, and not become complacent or distracted from our cause.

America wake up, America take our country back, America repent and call upon the mercies of G-d to forgive and heal our land, our nation, and our people. America come back.

Speak for Yourself

There’s been a lot of talk about Spanish speaking American Citizens going to the polls and overwhelmingly vote for the man who currently occupies the White House, and it has been reported by the predominantly Elite Mexican News Channels of Telemundo and Univision; the Mexican version of our Alphabet Soup Channel Leftwing Obama-loving news media.

These same news channels have failed to report on Solyndra, on Fast and Furious, on Holder’s misuse of federal power to protect the New Black Panther Movement from prosecution, his open involvement and politicization of the Department of Justice to promote and enforce radical policies gay and lesbian, pro-abortion, and what they call “civil rights” matters – their prosecution of states throughout the nation for upholding federal immigration laws, and the defense of and voting rights within the American political system of non-citizens who are here illegally and are undocumented.

We also hear that Obama takes such votes for granted since he’s been told that as far as “Latinos” and “Hispanics” are concerned, they’re unified behind him, as he believes blacks are; though he has done more in three years to impoverish blacks and other minorities than the previous five presidents combined.

That is no exaggeration – the average American has lost forty per cent of his net worth in just the last three years – as has been recently disclosed, and black unemployment is twice as high as that of whites and other minorities.

So much for hope and change. You think somebody would be so stupid to reelect a person who has done so much to destroy their way of life as this man has because he happens to be of the same race as they? Think again.

Oh, no doubt most blacks will vote for this man for that reason, but don’t expect as many to come out to vote this time as they had last time.

That year was a watershed for them, and they wanted to be counted as the ones who voted for the nation’s first African-American president. They wanted to be part of history, and history they made. Look at US now.

But, 2012 is not 2008, and they don’t have to repeat their mistake, nor do they have to make history. They did those two three and a half years ago.

They’re hurting now, and like the rest of US, they’ve lost their jobs, they’ve lost their homes, they’ve lost their savings and retirement, and they’ve seen this guy take more vacations, play more golf, and visit more countries than any other American in recent memory.

They see this president visit the wealthiest to raise money, but it’s not for their causes or for them, and their community banks who lend out the money their small businesses need to stay afloat in this economy; no. He’s raising a billion dollars for his political campaign.

Of course, he’s telling them it’s all for their good. They’re not sure they like the drones in the sky and the camera overlooking the intersection, and the increase in police checkpoints throughout the country, nor are they enamored of the increased inconvenience at airports that the TSA has brought under this president.

They see their liberties increasingly being invaded and their civil liberties violated under this same president, even more so than any other, and understand that he wants them to believe that he is “looking out for their best interests” when they get manhandled and patted down like criminals.

They remember their history well, that though the face is like theirs, the current occupant of the White House seeking reelection and their votes, is not necessarily “a brother” because; as their history teaches them all too well, the slave trade that separated families from Africa and brought millions to these shores, was led by other Africans. It’s still going.

Yes, even here in this country. It’s called political expediency and selling out a people to a party for the sake of party politics. So not every black is a “brother,” and black on black crime is at an all time high across the nation.

And as for Latinos and Hispanics voting monolithically for this man’s reelection; I don’t think so. Because you see, they’re hurting too.

They’ve lost their jobs, seen their money dwindle, its purchasing power reduced to half it was when this man took office, they’ve lost their homes, are struggling to survive, seen either a friend, a neighbor, or a relative commit suicide because they could no longer see the hope of another day in their current state of being, crushed under the mounting unpaid bills, debts, and expenses with nothing to pay them with, and with little for themselves and their families.

You can’t fool someone like that into thinking the country’s turning the corner, nor can you convince them to go to the ballot box for a repeat of the same for another four years.

Heck, things are bad enough. No one in their right mind commits suicide and voting for another four years of this man’s punishment is national suicide.

Sorry Telemundo, Univision, MSNBC, NBC, CNN, ABC, CBS, yes even Fox on occasion; I don’t think you have your facts right, and I can tell you that you do not speak for the vast majority of the American people, regardless of what color, national origin, religion, creed, ethnicity, or race they appear to hail from. They speak for themselves; and come November, they will.
