An artical appearing on CBS's December 11th Political Hotsheet Website which the Drudge Report links (at http://www.cbsnews.com/blogs/2009/12/11/politics/politicalhotsheet/entry5967024.shtml) to illustrate one of many problems this administration is having with the Jewish Community in general and Israeli policies in particular.
The very petiness of much of what the article is about - whether this administration or the previous one - invited more Jewish guests for its yearly Chanukah Celebration at the White House - pales by comparison and detracts from what are much more important and troubling signs that Barak Obama and is an Anti-Semite regardless of his political appointments to several White House posts in his administration.
Perhaps the best public relations machinery in the history of the Democrat Party is running the activities of this White House, and even it cannot mask the seething, pent up, but well controlled and hidden Anti-Semitism of Barak Hussein Obama. He may have been successful in fooling all of the people some of the time, and some of the people all of the time, but he will never be able to fool all of the people all of the time.
Barak Hussein Obama may fool those who are emotionally attached to some dream his most ardent followers have of him, but the act he's put up until now, and for the duration of his presidency; is wearing thin. It's been showing cracks even before his first year in the Oval Office is up. The veneer around the image carefully crafted by his public relations people and his followers in the press is showing more and more cracks, and small bits of the real Obama have been manifesting itself to the public in ever more frequent ways. How? Oh, let me count the ways.
1.) He has pledged to overturn DOMA, the Defense of Marriage Act, signed into law by President Clinton, which defines marriage as an institution between a man and a woman. He's pledged to replace it with ROMA, the Respect of Marriage Act, which defines marriage as an institution between two consenting parties of any sex or sexual preference. And to this end, he recently broke the barrier by nominating the first openly Gay and Lesbian to head the U.S. Marshals. But, below are the various policy measures which this politician has undertaken:
2.) For the first time in US History, the Commander in Chief of the US Armed Forces has issued standing orders to our military to burn Bibles being sent to Afghanistan so as to not "offend" the Muslims these Bibles are intended for.
3.) He has repealed the Mexico City Treaty which the previous administration had enacted that prevented US agencies overseas aiding with tax dollars or as a matter of policy the abortion industry in those countries as a means of birth control or family planning. US agencies are now promoting abortion on demand overseas.
4.) For the first time, the president of the United States did not observe the National Day of Prayer this year, yet he and his family did commemorate the Muslim month of Ramadan. For the first time in our nation's history, a sitting president of the United States has given standing orders to our military to burn Holy Bibles sent to Afghanistan https://secure.conservativedonations.com/pijn_fax_chaplains_salem/?a=2648 This is a political leader who on the National Day of Prayer decided he would not publicly pray for the nation as its leader, or call it to prayer, but instead claimed he would pray privately to his god.
5.) This is the first president in this nation's history who has pledged upon assuming office to promote the evil Freedom of Choice Act, or FOCA - which is not about freedom or choice, but a law which supports federally funded abortion on demand as a "fundamental right and entitlement" - the most radical piece of legislation ever devised in going far beyond the dreadful Supreme Court Decision of Roe v. Wade - "in making abortion a government-protected and taxpayer-supported 'right,' right through all nine months of pregnancy." (Governor Mike Huckabee's letter on FOCA) Because this piece of legislation mandates taxpayer-supported and federal protection of abortion throughout all nine months of pregnancy, it will make the crime of infanticide - that is, the willful killing of late term babies who survive abortion - commonplace for the first time in our nation's history on a federal level. This is the first president who has promised to repeal the Defense of Marriage Act (signed into law by President William Jefferson Clinton) which defines marriage as the union of a man and a woman.
6.) This is the first president who has pledged to sign into law the Senate and House's version of the Hate Crimes Law, which makes it illegal to effectively preach the Gospel with regards to deviant lifestyles and behavior and how the Holy Scriptures define all such behavior, because it defines preaching against the "Gay" and "Lesbian" lifestyle as a hate crime, and therefore prosecutable under federal law. H.R. 1913, the Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act. This legislation will protect “sexual orientation,” “gender,” and “gender identity” as protected categories under federal civil rights laws. Democrats even refused to exclude pedophilia as a protected class under this legislation!
7.) He placed a militant gay on his faith-based counsel. He has also made it clear that faith-based groups, which prohibit gays in their organizations will not receive federal funding under his “faith” program.
8.) He has passed legislation that creates a civilian security force – a force that can be used the same way Hitler used the Brown Shirts – to control and spy on Americans. This act prohibits anyone who receives this federal funding from participating in or conducting religious worship services or evangelism!
9.) He asked that a monogram for Jesus Christ be covered up during a televised speech at a Catholic University in Washington, D.C.
10.) Under his watch, the FDA has approved Plan B, an abortion pill for 17-year-old girls.
11.) He signed an economic agreement at the G20 conference in England, which creates an international governing group that will have control over our economy. He has outsourced capitalism to European socialists.
12.) He has placed numerous far left lawyers in the Department of Justice, including pro-aborts, and a former pornography industry lawyer!
13.) As a Muslim must, he is the only president in US history to have bowed to the King of Saudi Arabia. As a secret Muslim, he has been compelled to display such obeisance in the presence of Muslim Royalty. He knew what he was doing when he bowed to the king of Saudi Arabia, though none of his advisors could later explain it to anyone's satisfaction. The matter has been conveniently dropped by the media.
14.) He has praised Daniel Ortega, the Marxist president of Nicaragua, and has kissed the Marxist president of Venezuela - Hugo Caesar Chavez - on the cheek, a sign of comradeship among socialists.
15.) He has endorsed the socialist president ob Bolivia, Evo Morales.
16.) Has pledged to Iran that the United States would meet with its leaders without preconditions, thus undercutting any means of negotiations..
17.) He has given billions of dollars to AIG without pre-conditions, and AIG has funneled this money to several banks in Europe where the very rich have their holdings - the greatest swindle in US history.
18.) He has expanded the federal bailouts beyond the ones administered by President Bush without accountability.
19.) In eight months, he has tripled our national debt. It had up until his sixth month in office, doubled, but this figure has been revised since. And the debt continues to rise astronomically.
20.) He has terminated the space defense system following North Korea's launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile at American territory in the Pacific Ocean this year.
21.) Despite the urgings of Leon Panetta - his current CIA Chief, and the urgings of four prior CIA Directors, he released information on how the CIA gathers intelligence.
22.) Although he had pledged to run the most ethical government, five of his cabinet level members cheated on their taxes and two others withdrew after they couldn't justify their breaking of the tax law.
23.) He spent several weeks circling the globe so he could openly apologize for what he perceived as "America's mistakes" and told the Mexican president that the violence in their country was America's fault.
24.) He has appointed a Homeland Security Chief who quickly identified as "dangers to the nation" groups including veterans of the military, and pro-life groups who oppose abortion on demand, and ordered the word "terrorism" not be used any longer, but that it be replaced with the euphemism "man made disasters."
25.) He has appointed as Attorney General a man who orchestrated the forced removal, abduction, and expulsion from America to Communist Cuba of a nine year minor whose mother died trying to bring him to their family in Miami and a life of freedom in the United States.
26.) He has politicized the US Census by removing it from the Department of Commerce and moving it into the White House to control it.
27.) While saluting as heroes the three Navy SEALs who rescued an American, he announced the next day that members of the Bush Administration would likely stand trail for "torturing" - that is, water boarding a terrorist who had been instrumental in the murder of 3000 Americans in 9/11.
28.) He went out of his way to send his National Defense Advisor to Europe to promise the Europeans that America would no longer give Israel preferential treatment, and that Israel would be alone with the Muslims.
29.) He launched the process of the auto industry's nationalization, and has begun the nationalization of the insurance industry, crucial for his so-called "healthcare reform" - ObamaCare.
30.) He has pledged to pass a strict regulation on emissions with the intent of causing the collapse of the coal industry within the United States.
31.) Despite numerous campaign pledges to read the budget line-by-line, cut wasteful spending and eliminate earmarks, he has signed an inflated budget with more than 9,000 earmarks.
32.) If he along with Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid in passing their Cap and Trade climate change legislations it will be the single largest tax increase in the history of the world.
33) He has pledged no taxes increases on anyone deemed "not rich." This was quickly broken as he signed a 60-cent excise tax on cigarettes earlier this spring. This regressive tax heavily burdens the working poor.

35) He is methodically moving American foreign policy away from support for Israel, and redirecting it towards Israel's enemies. As he continues to do this, and as American foreign and strategic policies adjusts; America will begin to see a pronounced decline as a world economic and military power. As it continues to disband from its tradition Judeo-Christian roots, and its historic support for Israel and its people, this country will steadily decline even below Europe. Eventually, if this trend continues, it will not be even an important player in world events. Don't think it's possible? Who would have predicted 9/11? Or the economic collapse of this nation - both of which are connected to the unfortunate Oslo Accords of President Clinton which he foisted on Israel in the name of peace with the most disastrous consequences in its history; the Intifada and rise of the suicide bombers.
36) The following is from a Chassidic website, and this is what it says about this political leader: "There have been some signs along the way that Obama is Amalek, and fighting a war against G-d - here are a few that come to mind: Since his election, Obama has not attended church, even though in the run-up he made a point of doing so..... Obama thinks abortion is a good thing - an obvious give-away that he does not believe in G-d. Obama fumbled his swearing in with the Bible, and did it again the following day, without a Bible.....
37) He has appointed a committed revolutionary Marxist-Leninist with Maoist leanings as his environmental Czar to oversee the implementation of his Climate Change on American industry in order to transform it according to his (and Al Gore's) Green Agenda, the one of two of history's greatest con jobs ever perpetrated by politicians and industry upon the citizens of a nation. 38) He has filled the White House with the most radical collection of Far Left elites in the history of our nation who are behind the several policy measures he has rammed through congress in his first eight months. 39) He is the first to nominate an openly gay and lesbian pro-homosexual to head the U.S. Marshals.
40 He has pledged to do away with the Clinton Era "Don't ask, don't tell" policy of gays in the military, where they would openly proclaim their sexual preference without the fear of military discipline or reprisals. The "Don't ask, don't tell" policy allowed for discretion in order to keep the cohesion so critical to a military unit. Such personal disclosures would erode this cohesion and has been proven in societies which promote it to have a corrosive affect on the units which have adopted it. It has also proven to erode its fighting ability considerably. Removing the "Don;'t Ask, don't tell" policy is defacto proclamation openly espousing the gay and lesbian lifestyle.
41) He is about to sign a United Nations International Panel On Climate Change's treaty which will cede American sovereignty to an unelected world body. It will set up a "World Government" (paragraph 36 and 38 of the treaty). Climate Change Expert, Lord Christopher Moncton says, "They are going to do this whether you like it or not." It will not be an elected government, but it will be a "new vast interlocking bureaucratic entity, a government to redistribute wealth in the name of "climate debt," and it will be enforced by an interlocking series of technical panels which will have the ability and power to enforce its policies over those of the member nations signing this treaty. He has allied himself with hard Left Socialist Roman Catholics in opposition to the teachings and tenets of the Catholic Church http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vVN2MMuiedI And his support not only of abortion on demand, but also of late term partial birth abortion not only puts him at odds with the teachings of Christianity (Catholic, Orthodox, and Protestant), but also the teachings of the Judaism; and cements him as one who promotes not just abortion, but infanticide; an abominable act that is condemned by the Holy Scriptures.
43.) He has appointed Kevin Jennings as the head of the Office of Safe and Drug Free Schools. This man is Obama's Safe Schools Czar.Mr. Jennings has authored five books advocating homosexual teaching as part of the public school curriculum, and is also the founder of GLSEN - the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network. What is this group all about? It is the largest advocacy group in the nation that is dedicated to promoting the homosexual and Lesbian lifestyle to kindergarten children in our public schools. Mr. Jennings once said that the late homosexual Communist member/advocate of NAMBLA (North American Man-Boy Love Association), Harry Hay, who once stated, "If the parents and friends of gays are truly friends of gays, they would know from their gay kids that the relationship with an older man is precisely what 13 -, 14-, and 15-year old kids need more than anything else in the world," (Jeffrey Lord, Democrats Called Foley Guilty of Sex Crimes, The American Spectator, October 9th, 2009) was his inspiration for his advocacy of promoting aggressively the homosexual lifestyle to minors in our public schools (Obama's Lewd Schools Czar; Presidential Appointee Continues to Dodge Scrutiny, as cited by Family News, page 3 for November from Dr. James Dobson). According to Tony Perkins of the Family Research Council, writes this about "...the man in charge of protecting our schools has endorsed a celebration of perversion that includes video pornography, religious defamation, photos of genitalia, and stories of child pornography, cross-dressing, and sadomasochism." 44.) Another appointment of Barak Obama is Chai Feldblum to serve as one of five commissioners of the EEOC, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. What the public does not know is that Ms. Feldblum is at this writing a professor of law [Gay Studies] at Georgetown University. Ms. Feldblum supports polygamy. (Ryan T. Obama's Diversity Czar to the FCC, the Federal Communications Commission, is radical Mark Lloyd; who last year publicly applauded Venezuelan Communist dictator Hugo Caesar Chavez's so-called media reform, making the following statement suggesting that Mr. Chavez had directed a "really incredible revolution - a democratic revolution." Tell that to the enslaved people of Venezuela. This appointee of Obama's favors removing free speech rights (Second Amendment Rights) of talk radio commentators such as Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly, Rush Limbaugh, Michael Savage, Bob Grant, Mark Levin, Michael Gallagher, Michael Medved, Laura Ingraham, Monica Crowley, and many, many more beyond that under the guise of a revitalized and federally enforced "Fairness Doctrine," by imposing draconian Stalinist regulations and enforcing them with stiff fines on talk radio.
46.) Obama's choice for White House Communications Director, Anita Dunn, once praised the ruthless murderer of over 150 million souls - Mao Tze-Tung - as one of her "favorite political philosophers." This person actually holds this monster as her role model! And she directs operations within the White House, with the ear of the most powerful man in the world. (What Would Mao Do? 47.) Another fan of the murderer Mao-Tze-Tung is Obama's Manufacturing Czar, Ron Bloom. In his capacity as the United Steel Workers Union last year, Mr. Bloom spoke to a forum on what role the union can play in bankruptcy, where he made the following statement, "We kind of agree with Mao that political power comes largely from the barrel of a gun..." No matter what the image, no matter what the rhetoric to one group and the promises made to another, and no matter how much of this is not reported by the alphabet soup so-called news outlets across the nation; the information you've just read can no longer be kept from the American people, since these outlets no longer possess the media and information monopoly they once enjoined. They won't report this information to you, but other outlets such as the Internet, talk radio, bloggers, and information journals are getting this out to more and more people. And as Barak Obama is making moves towards precisely what is reported here (and these are just 47 points - 47 fronts he is attacking), he is making it plain and evident that his agenda is not one that the vast majority of America can support. Oh, yes, there are some people out there who regardless of what Obama's agenda is, they will continue in their support of this man. This is the crowd that is emotionally or psychologically attached to this man. As mentioned above, perhaps it is on some emotional level, or the dream he once (and in their minds continues) to represent, or perhaps it is on a racial level - perhaps the most base and lowest of all, because it means the person defines their world view on the simplest and perhaps most prejudiced level possible - the one of race. Whatever the reason may be, make no mistake about it, there are at least several million people who still support Barak Obama and his policies, and will continue to do so, because "they feel good about him, " as one of them recently told me. That was the best he could write, but it is the kind of knee jerk emotional response that the man engenders to many. But to the vast majority of America, the man and the militant Communists he has appointed to the most sensitive offices in our government, and his radical far Left agenda for the nation, is the greatest danger this nation has faced since September 11th, 2001, because it will steer the direction of this country for the foreseeable future from the most powerful levels of our government.
You can fool all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time.

HAPPY CHANUKAH, & MERRY CHRISTMAS! WHAT A DAY!
Dear and blessed friends,
Happy Chanukah! Sunday was a most unusual day for us. At first, it seemed like any other day; we got up, had breakfast, showered, and then got ready to leave for a special Chanukah Service at our house of worship. It was overcast, rainy, and cold, and we drove onto Route 4 to go to Route 17 South, and then take the exit to Route 80 West to Wayne, where Beth Israel; our home away from home is located. When we got onto Route 80, nothing seemed different at first, but just as we were about to accelerate to move with the traffic, we notice the road had become slippery from under us, so we slowed down.
We continued on 80 Westbound, but as we traveled, we noticed there were accidents all around us, with cars, vans, Jeeps, 4x4s, all over the sides of the road, and in some cases, right on the main lanes. Some were smashed, some were flattened, some had the windows blown right out, people were standing and waving. We continued to travel slowly, cautiously. I began to think of the others ahead of us who were also traveling to the Chanukah Service, and about their safety, and I said a short prayer for their safety. Vivian was praying as we continued.
When we got passed the Midland Avenue Exit, I was considering taking it, because the road had become increasingly treacherous, but I continued. The exit seemed an eternity to our right, and there were all sorts of vehicles passing us on our right and left. We were on the right hand lane, as I was planning to get out at the next exit. But, we didn't make it. As we entered an overpass, the Jeep veered treacherously to the right, and though we were traveling at 25 mph, even at this speed, it felt too fast to stop. I couldn't get the Jeep to stop, and no matter how I pumped the breaks and moved the steering wheel, the Jeep kept moving dangerously towards the rear of a 4X4 to our right and in front of us.
As we slid towards the 4X4 in front of us towards our right, we kept calling on G-d's protection over us and over every one stranded, waiting for help. We stopped just a few feet behind the 4X4. I tried to move, but even without accelerating, the Jeep was sliding on its own, so we had to stay put, and call for help. We ended up dead center on the right hand shoulder of an overpass on marker 619 high over some railroad tracks and highways below us; next to a huge sign advertising Berkeley College, just before one gets to Patterson. Vivian kept calling 911 as I called Allstate Motor Club for towing, since we were stranded. As we did this, more and more people were zooming past us, with those who were on the right hand lane sliding to the right. One car slid to our right in front of us, and slammed into two cars that were stranded some hundred feet in front of us.
As we sat there and waited for help to come, we were aware the danger that we were in, because we could not move, and the cars that were headed westbound were sliding all over the place, and some into each other in front of us. Some would slow down and side passed us, but dangerously close to our left. To our right was the barrier and beyond that about fifty feet below us was another highway, not sure, but I think it was Route 46.
We called some friends and I called my mother to ask her and them to pray for our protection as we waited for help to arrive. We were there an hour when a fast moving Chevy came up from behind us, and I was looking at him on my rear view mirror, as he approached. He tried to slow down, but couldn't. And he tried to keep from hitting us, but as he got closer and closer, I knew he was going to hit. I closed my eyes and prayed Lord protect us now. He came up from behind us, hit our left rear, and seemed like he hit our side, and slid a couple of feet in front of us, and there he stayed, because he knew that he, like us, was stranded. But, praise G-d, nothing happened to him, and nothing happened to us. From our Jeep I could see that his right hand mirror had hit ours, and his mirror was hanging to the side; ours incredibly was intact, but nothing happened to either him or us.
But we were not out of danger. We were still stranded there and people were unknowingly zooming past us at incredible speed. Tractor Trailers were traveling at treacherous speeds, its drivers not knowing the danger they were in. As we sat there, a car slid past us at incredible speed and impacted two stranded vehicles some hundred so or so feet from us. It was terrifying, but we kept praying and people were praying for us. All I knew at the time was that we had to get out of there as quickly as possible, because we and everyone stranded there were in mortal danger of being hit.
Behind us, a couple of miles down, there were flattened cars, SUVs that were demolished, and accidents all over the highway on the east bound lanes and on our side - the westbound lanes. I called 911, and reported where we were; marker 619 on Route 80 West stranded on the shoulder dead center of an overpass high over a highway and a railroad below us; with one vehicle that had hit us a few feet in front of us, and some four stranded vehicles a couple of hundred feet further up.
Tow trucks kept coming and passing. One or two of them stopped where the vehicles were up front, and gave them assistance in getting out. We waited. Finally someone came from our motor club. The towing company name - ABBA - and I noticed that the driver was speaking in a foreign language, but I could not quite make it out, though it sounded familiar to me. So I asked him what language it was and he said, Hebrew. I said, "Wow!" I explained that the Hebrew I usually heard, and in a very, very limited way often prayed myself when reciting the blessings, was very slow and more than likely mispronounced. I had never heard Hebrew spoken as fast as this.
The driver was an Israeli named Ephraim. I told him we were Mishrachim, means Messianic believers in Yeshua the Messiah. He towed us home, and on the way, we shared with him a good many things, realizing that it was not by chance that we had come to this encounter. I sensed that he knew it too. I shared with Ephraim that the key to Messiah's coming is when Israel in Jerusalem welcomes Yeshua/Jesus back as the Messiah, because Yeshua prophesied of it. It is in the New Testament, where He declared to the city, "Your house is left to you desolate, meaning that the Presence of G-d would leave His House - the Temple - and, "You will not see Me here again, until you have learned to say, 'Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!'"
Here Yeshua made two startling prophecies; the Light of Ha Shem's Presence would leave His House - the Holy Temple, and Jerusalem would not see the Messiah again, until it would "learn" to say, "Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!" That the key to Messiah's coming was for Israel to LEARN TO SAY its blessing of welcome to Yeshua/Jesus as the Messiah. I explained to Ephraim that for two thousand years it was impossible for this prophecy to come to pass, because until the founding of the modern State of Israel, the Jewish people were exiled from the land, and there was no place for them to dwell. What's more, for years even after there was a State of Israel, Jerusalem was not controlled by the Israelis, but by Jordan.
It was not until June 7th, 1967 that the prophecy's fulfillment was made possible. On that fateful date, IDF forces entered and captured Jerusalem. For the first time since Tisha B'Av in the year 70 of our Common Era, Israel again controlled Jerusalem. Only from that day forward, could Yeshua's prophecy come to pass, because Israel was now in control of Jerusalem for the first time in 2000 years! I explained this to Ephraim, and he told me that recently he had lost two sisters, and at their burial (Jews bury their dead right away because it is believed that the spirit leaves the body and is ushered into G-d's Presence), therefore the body must be given a proper burial as soon as possible. Well, at their respective burials, his mother recited, "Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord, the Lord gives, the Lord takes away. Blessed be the name of the Lord." This now appeared to have taken on a whole new meaning for him.
As he dropped us off, we prayed to Ha Shem to thank Him for His protection over us, and prayed for Ephraim's protection as he was going out there again to help stranded motorists. We thanked the Lord for having delivered us, answering the prayers of many, and allowing us to share with Ephraim in a very real way just how close the Lord G-d is, and about Yeshua/Jesus. Ephraim listened intently as I explained to him that since the coming of Yeshua/Jesus, the Goyim/nations - non-Jews have been worshipping the G-d of Israel, reading the Hebrew Scriptures, and have put their faith in Him through this Notzrim, Yeshua, who had brought to them the Light of Revelation of the truth that there is but One G-d and He is the G-d of Israel; there is no other. I shared with Ephraim that nothing like this had ever been seen in all Israel before, and only after Yeshua/Jesus and only through Him have I seen Jews and Palestinians worship together the Lord G-d of Israel (not Allah of the Muslims). We told Ephraim that at Beth Israel's Jerusalem Center (11 Railroad Avenue, Wayne, New Jersey) can one see Jews, and people every country under heaven, including Palestinian Arabs, worshipping together, because they have all come together to the Lord G-d through His Messiah; Yeshua/Jesus.
There is no other way, and it is not seen anywhere else but where the name of Jesus the Messiah is invoked. Ephraim was surprised to hear of this - Jews and Palestinians, and non-Jews from all over the world worshipping in harmony the Lord G-d of Israel. In Israel's entire history, and the history of the human race, such a thing had never been seen before! Non-Jews calling upon the Lord G-d of Israel through the name of Yeshua/Jesus, and allying themselves to the nation and people of Israel. Ephraim said that this is true. He was astonished how many non-Jews who were Christians were allies and staunch supporters of Israel. He said it was true, and he was seeing this more and more. He also told us that he was seeing more and more Jews for Jesus. We told him that these were signs of Messiah's eminent return/coming. But, that Messiah would not return until Israel recognize who He is, repent, and receive Him into its capital. They would not see Him within its precincts until they've "learned" to say its blessings at His coming. So Messiah's coming is intrinsically connected to the Jewish people's acceptance of Jesus as Messiah. Messiah will not return until that hour, and it must be disclosed, because nothing is more important to the restoration of all creation until this event.
As we arrived, I thanked Ephraim and prayed a blessing for him for G-d's divine protection over his life, and prayed that Ha Shem would open the eyes of his understanding to see the Messiah, and that by seeing Him, would enter His rest by accepting Him into his heart and into His life personally. I felt awkward, because I usually like to tip the driver so that he can get himself a cup of coffee and some donuts, but I had not carried any money this morning. I told him this, and he told me I had given him something more valuable than money itself, Ha Shem's blessing.
I understand now why things turned out the way they did today, and though we (and perhaps a good many of those reading this) were not able to make it out to Chanukah Service this morning, nevertheless, the day was most definitely not wasted, and again in a very real way we were given the privilege an honor of being witnesses to G-d's deliverance for which we are so thankful. Again, we were touched by His love. All of this happened on the Eve of the third night of Chanukah. It was on the third day that Ha Shem resurrected the Messiah. The Hebrew day begins at sundown, not at midnight as some suppose. He delivered us and a good many more from certain death on the icy highways of our journey, to give us new life once again on the Eve of the third night of Chanukah, which came that evening.
Chanukah is the only Jewish Holy Day that is not in the Hebrew Bible. Ironically, yet by divine design, the only place it is mentioned is in the 10th chapter and 22nd verse of John's Gospel in the New Testament, where it says:
It was winter, and the Festival of the Dedication of the Temple was being celebrated in Jerusalem. Jesus was walking in Solomon's Portico in the Temple, when the people gathered around Him and asked, "How long will You keep us in suspense? Tell us the plain truth; are You the Messiah?"
Jesus answered, "I have already told you, but you would not believe Me. The deeds I do by My Father's authority speak on My behalf; but you will not believe.."
These statements correspond to what Isaiah the prophet prophesied about the signs which the Jewish people should look for when the Messiah was to appear, which Jesus reads at the synagogue of His home town of Nazareth (Luke 4:18-19):
'"The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has chosen Me to bring good news (Gr. Evangelion/Gospel) to the poor.
He has sent Me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set free the oppressed and announce that the time has come when the Lord will save His people."'
In His statement, Jesus was telling his audience in the Temple during Chanukah, when pressed to reveal His identity, that if they were having trouble accepting His identity, they were at least to look at His works as evidence of His calling and station, because they were aware (during the 2nd Temple Era) of Isaiah's standard to look for as evidence of Messiah's coming. In this prophecy, which had not come to pass since Jesus or after, the metric is exact, and there is no margin for error. Jesus was clear. He told them that if they had trouble believing Him, they should look to His works as evidence of His being the Messiah. This was a direct answer to their inquiry and to any inquiry about Him made today. Jesus met Isaiah standard to the letter, and those lived in His day saw it. This is why He told them to look at what He was doing among them as the evidence. Some did, and they became His first followers. The corrupt priesthood led by the House of Annas and Caiaphas, did not, and thus, they set the course of Judaism for the next two thousand years until this very day.
Chanukah is a festival of lights, it is a time for both joy and for US to rededicate ourselves to G-d. It is only through this rededication through Yeshua/Jesus the Messiah that we can stand as a truly free people, individually and nationally, to be a nation and people of G-d's calling and purpose. Happy Chanukah! Sunday was a most unusual day for us. At first, it seemed like any other day; we got up, had breakfast, showered, and then got ready to leave for a special Chanukah Service at our house of worship. It was overcast, rainy, and cold, and we drove onto Route 4 to go to Route 17 South, and then take the exit to Route 80 West to Wayne, where Beth Israel; our home away from home is located. When we got onto Route 80, nothing seemed different at first, but just as we were about to accelerate to move with the traffic, we notice the road had become slippery from under us, so we slowed down.
We continued on 80 Westbound, but as we traveled, we noticed there were accidents all around us, with cars, vans, Jeeps, 4x4s, all over the sides of the road, and in some cases, right on the main lanes. Some were smashed, some were flattened, some had the windows blown right out, people were standing and waving. We continued to travel slowly, cautiously. I began to think of the others ahead of us who were also traveling to the Chanukah Service, and about their safety, and I said a short prayer for their safety. Vivian was praying as we continued.
When we got passed the Midland Avenue Exit, I was considering taking it, because the road had become increasingly treacherous, but I continued. The exit seemed an eternity to our right, and there were all sorts of vehicles passing us on our right and left. We were on the right hand lane, as I was planning to get out at the next exit. But, we didn't make it. As we entered an overpass, the Jeep veered treacherously to the right, and though we were traveling at 25 mph, even at this speed, it felt too fast to stop. I couldn't get the Jeep to stop, and no matter how I pumped the breaks and moved the steering wheel, the Jeep kept moving dangerously towards the rear of a 4X4 to our right and in front of us.
As we slid towards the 4X4 in front of us towards our right, we kept calling on G-d's protection over us and over every one stranded, waiting for help. We stopped just a few feet behind the 4X4. I tried to move, but even without accelerating, the Jeep was sliding on its own, so we had to stay put, and call for help. We ended up dead center on the right hand shoulder of an overpass on marker 619 high over some railroad tracks and highways below us; next to a huge sign advertising Berkeley College, just before one gets to Patterson. Vivian kept calling 911 as I called Allstate Motor Club for towing, since we were stranded. As we did this, more and more people were zooming past us, with those who were on the right hand lane sliding to the right. One car slid to our right in front of us, and slammed into two cars that were stranded some hundred feet in front of us.
As we sat there and waited for help to come, we were aware the danger that we were in, because we could not move, and the cars that were headed westbound were sliding all over the place, and some into each other in front of us. Some would slow down and side passed us, but dangerously close to our left. To our right was the barrier and beyond that about fifty feet below us was another highway, not sure, but I think it was Route 46.
We called some friends and I called my mother to ask her and them to pray for our protection as we waited for help to arrive. We were there an hour when a fast moving Chevy came up from behind us, and I was looking at him on my rear view mirror, as he approached. He tried to slow down, but couldn't. And he tried to keep from hitting us, but as he got closer and closer, I knew he was going to hit. I closed my eyes and prayed Lord protect us now. He came up from behind us, hit our left rear, and seemed like he hit our side, and slid a couple of feet in front of us, and there he stayed, because he knew that he, like us, was stranded. But, praise G-d, nothing happened to him, and nothing happened to us. From our Jeep I could see that his right hand mirror had hit ours, and his mirror was hanging to the side; ours incredibly was intact, but nothing happened to either him or us.
But we were not out of danger. We were still stranded there and people were unknowingly zooming past us at incredible speed. Tractor Trailers were traveling at treacherous speeds, its drivers not knowing the danger they were in. As we sat there, a car slid past us at incredible speed and impacted two stranded vehicles some hundred so or so feet from us. It was terrifying, but we kept praying and people were praying for us. All I knew at the time was that we had to get out of there as quickly as possible, because we and everyone stranded there were in mortal danger of being hit.
Behind us, a couple of miles down, there were flattened cars, SUVs that were demolished, and accidents all over the highway on the east bound lanes and on our side - the westbound lanes. I called 911, and reported where we were; marker 619 on Route 80 West stranded on the shoulder dead center of an overpass high over a highway and a railroad below us; with one vehicle that had hit us a few feet in front of us, and some four stranded vehicles a couple of hundred feet further up.
Tow trucks kept coming and passing. One or two of them stopped where the vehicles were up front, and gave them assistance in getting out. We waited. Finally someone came from our motor club. The towing company name - ABBA - and I noticed that the driver was speaking in a foreign language, but I could not quite make it out, though it sounded familiar to me. So I asked him what language it was and he said, Hebrew. I said, "Wow!" I explained that the Hebrew I usually heard, and in a very, very limited way often prayed myself when reciting the blessings, was very slow and more than likely mispronounced. I had never heard Hebrew spoken as fast as this.
The driver was an Israeli named Ephraim. I told him we were Mishrachim, means Messianic believers in Yeshua the Messiah. He towed us home, and on the way, we shared with him a good many things, realizing that it was not by chance that we had come to this encounter. I sensed that he knew it too. I shared with Ephraim that the key to Messiah's coming is when Israel in Jerusalem welcomes Yeshua/Jesus back as the Messiah, because Yeshua prophesied of it. It is in the New Testament, where He declared to the city, "Your house is left to you desolate, meaning that the Presence of G-d would leave His House - the Temple - and, "You will not see Me here again, until you have learned to say, 'Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!'"
Here Yeshua made two startling prophecies; the Light of Ha Shem's Presence would leave His House - the Holy Temple, and Jerusalem would not see the Messiah again, until it would "learn" to say, "Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!" That the key to Messiah's coming was for Israel to LEARN TO SAY its blessing of welcome to Yeshua/Jesus as the Messiah. I explained to Ephraim that for two thousand years it was impossible for this prophecy to come to pass, because until the founding of the modern State of Israel, the Jewish people were exiled from the land, and there was no place for them to dwell. What's more, for years even after there was a State of Israel, Jerusalem was not controlled by the Israelis, but by Jordan.
It was not until June 7th, 1967 that the prophecy's fulfillment was made possible. On that fateful date, IDF forces entered and captured Jerusalem. For the first time since Tisha B'Av in the year 70 of our Common Era, Israel again controlled Jerusalem. Only from that day forward, could Yeshua's prophecy come to pass, because Israel was now in control of Jerusalem for the first time in 2000 years! I explained this to Ephraim, and he told me that recently he had lost two sisters, and at their burial (Jews bury their dead right away because it is believed that the spirit leaves the body and is ushered into G-d's Presence), therefore the body must be given a proper burial as soon as possible. Well, at their respective burials, his mother recited, "Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord, the Lord gives, the Lord takes away. Blessed be the name of the Lord." This now appeared to have taken on a whole new meaning for him.
As he dropped us off, we prayed to Ha Shem to thank Him for His protection over us, and prayed for Ephraim's protection as he was going out there again to help stranded motorists. We thanked the Lord for having delivered us, answering the prayers of many, and allowing us to share with Ephraim in a very real way just how close the Lord G-d is, and about Yeshua/Jesus. AMERICA CANNOT AFFORD OBAMA'S AGENDA
As the rolls of the unemployed continue to swell, banks and businesses continue to fold, and real estate - both residential and now commercial - foreclosures are on the rise; it is interesting that the press and pundits continue to tell US that we are in a recovery; when the so-called growth index had to be revised from 3.5 per cent to 2.8 after four quarters of consecutive downticks in the negative area. The figures are being doctored, and even doctored as they are; there is nothing that can be done to mask the depression several sectors of the economy and many states such as California, Michigan, New York, New Jersey, Chicago, and others.
It is interesting how the press is spinning this. Twenty years ago, during Ronald Reagan's first term, as the nation was pulling itself up form a double dip recession and hyper inflation, and the growth was at 8 per cent yearly for four years, the press was bemoaning how bad things were, and how impossible it seemed that we would get out of the recession. Yet today, with a fraction of that growth evident, and the figures can be disputed, the same press is telling US that we are in a recovery; even after many experts have stated that a recovery is not to be expected at least for another two years. It's like the proverbial tooth ache that doesn't go away, yet we keep trying to convince ourselves that it is, while we put off going to the dentist for the inevitable painful root canal or extraction.
There are painful solutions to this mess, and it entails putting every politician and the baggage of special interests they carry out of office next year. Is the country ready to do this? Will they? And what about those who will replace them? Are there any credible leaders out there who will serve the public good and not themselves? Who will serve with honesty, integrity, and protect and defend our nation and its interests above all else? Are they out there?
Federal Reserve Chairman Benjamin Bernanke is facing congress to be reconfirmed for another four years. His monetary policies have brought ruin to countless lives, destroyed businesses, driven others out of the country, and have consolidated the power of government in Washington and in the hands of a few http://video.foxnews.com/12183326/repeat-performance The American people are tired of the shell game being played by this administration with their tax dollars.
For example, we have recently heard that AIG has had enough earnings that it will be able to pay back some of the TARP money it received ten months ago. The Obama Administration has trumpeted this as being the successful result of TARP working, but what he and AIG, and the Fed will not tell the American people is the truth. The Obama Administration and the Federal Reserve claim that they're getting the "tax payers'" dollars back because of an accounting trick which is the greatest lie and deception ever concocted by public officials in the history of this republic. The accounting trick the Federal Reserve uses to place AIG "in the black" is by arbitrarily placing zeroes at the end of AIG's balance sheet in their account, then afterwards the Federal Reserve prints greenbacks in order to meet the liquidity. If you, or I, or anybody else did this, we'd be arrested by the Secret Service for counterfeiting and be up on federal charges for it. We'd go to jail.
The Federal Reserve does it, and has been doing it for decades. It is called "monetization." The reason it gets away with this year after year is because there is no congressional oversight of these activities. Isn't it interesting that this private central bank has for decades conducted this criminal activity - counterfeiting is a federal criminal offense - because congress and every president since Woodrow Wilson has allowed it to? Why the double standard? Because it has allowed politicians for decades to buy their votes by spending lavishly and adding to the federal debt without notice. So that congress is complicit in criminal activity along with the Federal Reserve in a criminal enterprise called monetization, but which is in actuality nothing less than the printing of fiat money; counterfeiting.
The double standard must stop. It has cost America too much, and it has ruined livelihood, and diminished the American people's ability to build a life for themselves. The double whammy of monetization (inflation due to the Fed's monetary policies we just examined), high taxation, and the increased cost of compliance to greater federal regulation imposed on small businesses, will not have the added weight of Climate Change legislation in the highest tax ever imposed on business in this nation's history; what is commonly called Cap and Trade, or more accurately called by its detractors as "Cap and Tax." If passed, it will break the economic back of this nation, ruin three quarters of its small businesses, and impede once and for all America's ability to be able to recovery in the following years from this Depression they call the Great Recession. Remember, when business is taxed higher so are we, and if business is required to pay more, they will pass the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) added to their Overhead (the cost of doing business) to the consumer.
The multi-trillion dollar scam known as the Global Warming Cult, now termed Climate Change, a more palatable term; is being foisted on the American electorate by politicians, academicians, and hundreds of Communist front groups which moved their activities to the Environmental Movement as a means to press for Socialism through increased government regulation when the Soviet Union collapsed years ago. Among them are groups of so-called scientists who have allowed their ideology to prejudice their opinions in pushing for an agenda far from that of science, and in the process have created a quasi-religious cult of pseudo-science called Climate Change; with prominent politicians and celebrities as their PR men and women promoting their false data upon an unsuspecting and largely ignorant public.
They don't care and have chosen the age old method of debunking; ignore the charges and claims of the opposition and continue business as usual as though Climate Gate had never happened, and their movement had not been discredited as nothing but a farce. But, what makes this movement so dangerous is the fact that the current president of the United States, himself a militant radical and child of the Communist Left, is himself a proponent of this scam, and is bringing to bear the pressure of the federal EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) upon our elected officials to comply with Copenhagen or face what it calls a "command and control" role in forcing the Climate Change - Global Warming agenda through more draconian regulations which by its own admission will hurt business. This is unheard of. This is the tyranny of government run amok. This is unrepresentative government pushing down on the freedoms of the people it should be accountable to, not the other way around. This is the agenda of the radical Left which has taken over the most powerful levels of our government, and is steering this nation ever increasingly into tyranny and bankruptcy.
There are billions of dollars unaccounted for which President Obama promised when entering office just ten months ago, he was going to post on the Internet. Has he done this? No. he promised transparency, and the end of politics as usual in Washington, and the end of partisan politics; he has done just the opposite. He has closed every negotiation from Republicans, and has only allowed members of his own political party into these sessions. What's more, he has kept the public from knowing what has been discussed in these session, and has not even allowed a sympathetic press to know about what was discussed in them. Then he has had the temerity of claiming that he had attempted to be by-partisan, but was not allowed to be because the GOP had not agreed with his policies, and because of this, had not taken part in these discussions. They didn't take part in any discussions simply because they were not invited to them. What's more, when some GOP members of congress tried to enter them, they were barred by the White House from doing so.
Is this by-partisanship? For years the Democrats claimed that President George W. Bush had been hyper-partisan. that he kept the Democrats out of his policy meetings. Yet, he never kept Democratic members of congress from legislative negotiations at the White House when he was the one conducting the meetings. Why the double standard? Why accuse him of being what he was not? And why claim that Barack Obama is a political healer, a messianic figure who would transform politics in Washington from the hyper-partisan cesspool it had been become under the Clintons to a new era of by-partisan cooperation, amity, and openness and accountability? Because the longer you tell a lie, the more people will believe it. If they can tell you that they're being bi-partisan, and that they're out looking for you, and tell you that they're for the poor and the common man, they might just have you believe it after awhile, and they might even get you to go out for them by voting for their candidates and even campaign for them and give them more of your hard earned ever diminishing money in support of their causes.
We are being forced to accept the most expensive and most destructive pieces of legislation in our nation's history because the politicians who are promoting them claim they're for our good. H.R. 3126, the “Consumer Financial Protection Agency Act" is one such legislation that will destroy small business by increasing the cost of compliance on expensive federal regulations which will do nothing to protect consumers and drive three quarters of the private sector into bankruptcy.

That decision allows the Obama administration to cut down on emissions even if Congress does not pass legislation dealing with climate change."
If this administration and its allies in congress were more responsible than ideological in their approach to government, and to the service of government, they'd boycott Copenhagen (as Sarah Palin, G-d bless her, has advocated they do), and abandon their quest to penalize American business and cripple this economy with Cap and Trade. Cap in Trade, the Green Agenda, so-called Green Jobs, and every action being taken by this government is nothing more than a continuation of its efforts to redistribute wealth and power to unions, politicians, organizations, and specific business partners it is allied to politically and ideologically. The EPA which now controlled and influenced by radical environmentalists from the Obama Administration, intends to tax and regulate Carbon Emissions; that is they intend to tax and regulate what every living organism on this planet exhales. Every living being on this planet breathes oxygen, and exhales Carbon Dioxide, which the plants take in in order to release oxygen, which we then breath, and then when we exhale, the Carbon Dioxide we exhale is again taken in by plants which afterwards releases oxygen that every living being then inhales. This is what your government in Washington, D.C. led by the Obama Administration, wants to regulate and tax from you and everyone else. This is insane. They want to tax and regulate what we have no control over; our exhaling which is critical for plants to take in for them to release oxygen into the atmosphere which is critical for all air breathing life! Ladies and gentlemen, these people are out of their minds! Their ideology and political agenda for wealth redistribution has brought them to this point, and they are attempting to impose it and its gargantuan costs on US.
At a time when America and the World teeters on the precipice of a Great Depression (unemployment is at 10 %, the latest figures for those whom have filed for unemployment for the first time is up by 17,000, where the official figure stands at 474,000 first time filers), this government seems to be hell bent on imposing every policy measure that will assure to extend the suffering of the American people it claims it is looking out for. What is going on!? What is happening is precisely what I had warned would happen last year when the Democrat Party chose the junior senator from the most corrupt city in Illinois as its presidential candidate. But, he has more than exceeded what I had warned about, because I never thought that the Democratic Party had been so compromised, so penetrated with the level of corruption I've witnessed these past ten months, that elected officials from it would give this man a blank check to do whatever he pleases and get away with it. They've done worst than that; they have and are doing everything in their power to pass legislation which destroy free enterprise and transform this nation, and impoverish the American electorate into serfdom, with they as the powerful aristocracy ruling over them from their perches of power.
America has never faced an enemy like this one, because, with the exception of the Red Scare of the late forties and early sixties, America has never had to face the enemy from within its own gates quite like this one - public officials who are using every trick, every loophole, every law to transform our system of government into one never intended by our Founders. Change you can believe in has become to US a Trojan Horse of unforeseen proportions, though the warnings were there a year ago, but not enough people were listening. But, they're listening now, aren't they? You bet they are. The problem however is that the people they elected to congress and the house and senate leadership pushing this agenda don't care and are not.
It is interesting how the press is spinning this. Twenty years ago, during Ronald Reagan's first term, as the nation was pulling itself up form a double dip recession and hyper inflation, and the growth was at 8 per cent yearly for four years, the press was bemoaning how bad things were, and how impossible it seemed that we would get out of the recession. Yet today, with a fraction of that growth evident, and the figures can be disputed, the same press is telling US that we are in a recovery; even after many experts have stated that a recovery is not to be expected at least for another two years. It's like the proverbial tooth ache that doesn't go away, yet we keep trying to convince ourselves that it is, while we put off going to the dentist for the inevitable painful root canal or extraction.
There are painful solutions to this mess, and it entails putting every politician and the baggage of special interests they carry out of office next year. Is the country ready to do this? Will they? And what about those who will replace them? Are there any credible leaders out there who will serve the public good and not themselves? Who will serve with honesty, integrity, and protect and defend our nation and its interests above all else? Are they out there?

The Obama Administration and the Federal Reserve claim that they're getting the "tax payers'" dollars back because of an accounting trick which is the greatest lie and deception ever concocted by public officials in the history of this republic. The accounting trick the Federal Reserve uses to place AIG "in the black" is by arbitrarily placing zeroes at the end of AIG's balance sheet in their account, then afterwards the Federal Reserve prints greenbacks in order to meet the liquidity. If you, or I, or anybody else did this, we'd be arrested by the Secret Service for counterfeiting and be up on federal charges for it. We'd go to jail.
The Federal Reserve does it, and has been doing it for decades. It is called "monetization." The reason it gets away with this year after year is because there is no congressional oversight of these activities. Isn't it interesting that this private central bank has for decades conducted this criminal activity - counterfeiting is a federal criminal offense - because congress and every president since Woodrow Wilson has allowed it to? Why the double standard? Because it has allowed politicians for decades to buy their votes by spending lavishly and adding to the federal debt without notice. If passed, it will break the economic back of this nation, ruin three quarters of its small businesses, and impede once and for all America's ability to be able to recovery in the following years from this Depression they call the Great Recession. Remember, when business is taxed higher so are we, and if business is required to pay more, they will pass the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) added to their Overhead (the cost of doing business) to the consumer.
The multi-trillion dollar scam known as the Global Warming Cult, now termed Climate Change, a more palatable term; is being foisted on the American electorate by politicians, academicians, and hundreds of Communist front groups which moved their activities to the Environmental Movement as a means to press for Socialism through increased government regulation when the Soviet Union collapsed years ago. Yet, he never kept Democratic members of congress from legislative negotiations at the White House when he was the one conducting the meetings. Why the double standard? And why claim that Barack Obama is a political healer, a messianic figure who would transform politics in Washington from the hyper-partisan cesspool it had been become under the Clintons to a new era of by-partisan cooperation, amity, and openness and accountability? Because the longer you tell a lie, the more people will believe it. Obama Care the Story Behind the Story
Obama Care will most assuredly bankrupt America, cut Medicare for Senior Citizens and the Disabled, and destroy your health care coverage. But, worst for US all is the legal implications if it passes.
An expert in Constitutional Law has read the bill and this is what he has written about it, the speficics. I quote it, verbatim:

It's time we sit up and pay attention; once this sort of thing happens, it will be irreversible. We have reason to be very afraid of what is happening.
THE TRUTH ABOUT THE HEALTH CARE BILLS
Well, I have done it! I have read the entire text of proposed House Bill 3200: The Affordable Health Care Choices Act of 2009. I studied it with particular emphasis from my area of expertise, constitutional law. I was frankly concerned that parts of the proposed law that were being discussed might be unconstitutional What I found was far worse than what I had heard or expected.
To begin with, much of what has been said about the law and its implications is in fact true, despite what the Democrats and the media are saying. The law does provide for rationing of health care, particularly where senior citizens and other classes of citizens are involved, free health care for illegal immigrants, free abortion services, and probably forced participation in abortions by members of the medical profession.
The Bill will also eventually force private insurance companies out of business and put everyone into a government run system. All decisions about personal health care will ultimately be made by federal bureaucrats and most of them will not be health care professionals. Hospital admissions, payments to physicians, and allocations of necessary medical devices will be strictly controlled.
However, as scary as all of that it, it just scratches the surface. In fact, I have concluded that this legislation really has no intention of providing affordable health care choices. Instead, it is a convenient cover for the most massive transfer of power to the Executive Branch of government that has ever occurred, or even been contemplated. If this law or a similar one is adopted, major portions of the Constitution of the United States will effectively have been destroyed.
The first thing to go will be the masterfully crafted balance of power between the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the U.S. Government. The Congress will be transferring to the Obama Administration authority in a number of different areas over the lives of the American people and the businesses they own. The irony is that the Congress doesn't have any authority to legislate in most of those areas to begin with. I defy anyone to read the text of the U.S. Constitution and find any authority granted to the members of Congress to regulate health care.
This legislation also provides for access by the appointees of the Obama administration of all of your personal healthcare information, your personal financial information, and the information of your employer, physician, and hospital. All of this is a direct violation of the specific provisions of the 4th Amendment to the Constitution protecting against unreasonable searches and seizures. You can also forget about the right to privacy. That will have been legislated into oblivion regardless of what the 3rd and 4th Amendments may provide.
If you decide not to have healthcare insurance or if you have private insurance that is not deemed "acceptable" to the "Health Choices Administrator" appointed by Obama there will be a tax imposed on you. It is called a "tax" instead of a fine because of the intent to avoid application of the due process clause of the 5th Amendment. However, that doesn't work because since there is nothing in the law that allows you to contest or appeal the imposition of the tax, it is definitely depriving someone of property without the "due process of law.
So, there are three of those pesky amendments that the far left hate so much out the original ten in the Bill of Rights that are effectively nullified by this law. It doesn't stop there though. The 9th Amendment that provides: "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." The 10th Amendment states: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are preserved to the States respectively, or to the people." Under the provisions of this piece of Congressional handiwork neither the people nor the states are going to have any rights or powers at all in many areas that once were theirs to control.
I could write many more pages about this legislation, but I think you get the idea. This is not about health care; it is about seizing power and limiting rights. Article 6 of the Constitution requires the members of both houses of Congress to "be bound by oath or affirmation" to support the Constitution. If I was a member of Congress, I would not be able to vote for this legislation or anything like it without feeling I was violating that sacred oath or affirmation. If I voted for it anyway, I would hope the American people would hold me accountable.

THE TRUTH ABOUT THE HEALTH CARE BILLS
Well, I have done it! I have read the entire text of proposed House Bill 3200: The Affordable Health Care Choices Act of 2009. I studied it with particular emphasis from my area of expertise, constitutional law. I was frankly concerned that parts of the proposed law that were being discussed might be unconstitutional What I found was far worse than what I had heard or expected.
To begin with, much of what has been said about the law and its implications is in fact true, despite what the Democrats and the media are saying. The law does provide for rationing of health care, particularly where senior citizens and other classes of citizens are involved, free health care for illegal immigrants, free abortion services, and probably forced participation in abortions by members of the medical profession.
The Bill will also eventually force private insurance companies out of business and put everyone into a government run system. All decisions about personal health care will ultimately be made by federal bureaucrats and most of them will not be health care professionals. Hospital admissions, payments to physicians, and allocations of necessary medical devices will be strictly controlled.
However, as scary as all of that it, it just scratches the surface. In fact, I have concluded that this legislation really has no intention of providing affordable health care choices. Instead, it is a convenient cover for the most massive transfer of power to the Executive Branch of government that has ever occurred, or even been contemplated. If this law or a similar one is adopted, major portions of the Constitution of the United States will effectively have been destroyed.
The first thing to go will be the masterfully crafted balance of power between the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the U.S. Government. The Congress will be transferring to the Obama Administration authority in a number of different areas over the lives of the American people and the businesses they own. The irony is that the Congress doesn't have any authority to legislate in most of those areas to begin with. I defy anyone to read the text of the U.S. Constitution and find any authority granted to the members of Congress to regulate health care.
