From the end of the nineteenth century, socialists of every stripe under the umbrella of progressive politics have effectively eroded Constitutional government as America had come to know it up until that time. From the time of Woodrow Wilson and the passing of the progressive income tax with the founding of the Federal Reserve and the IRS, America has increasingly moved towards dictatorship and the tyranny of unchecked and unhindered federal power. We saw it especially during the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Administration, when its activities were so off the top that the US Supreme Court decided that many of its activities were un-Constitutional. When was the last time anyone saw that?
When President John F. Kennedy tried to reign in the influence of the Federal Reserve – a privately owned stock-broker central bank owned by the world’s richest families – and spoke openly about secret societies and how alien this was to the concept of free government and a free people, he was assassinated within weeks of giving this speech.
Today, the Obama Administration – which is at polar opposites to the Kennedy Administration in every policy imaginable, although it calls itself Democrat – is going to use the Clean Air Act – an onerous federal mandate not voted on by congress, but enforced by unelected and nameless bureaucrats in federal agencies created by Richard Nixon – a globalist RINO Republican – to close down 411 coal fired power plants across the nation which will put the United States into the Stone Age. This is what is being reported:
“It is a higher plan to get government control over the electric power system in ... better be scared to death about what Mr. Obama and his EPA are doing. ... But in the meantime, sir, 411 coal-fired power plants, 100,000 megawatts of the lowest cost electricity, is going to be shut down while it's being litigated.”

The Obama administration’s latest proposal to curb carbon emissions at existing power plants threatens to drive up energy costs, Murray Energy chief executive Robert Murray tells FOX Business Network’s Neil Cavuto.
Murray and the company he founded have filed four lawsuits against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency over regulations that target the coal industry. Four state attorneys general have joined those efforts.
Earlier this week, Murray Energy sued the EPA over a new set of rules that aim to reduce carbon-dioxide emissions by 30% from 2005 levels.
The proposed regulations raised more questions over the future of the coal industry and electricity rates. Coal, already under pressure from low natural gas prices, accounts for 40% of electricity generation in the U.S., down from 45% in 2009.
In an exclusive interview Thursday on Cavuto, Murray expressed concern over the impact the EPA’s rules will have on his company, one of the largest U.S. coal producers. Ohio-based Murray Energy also has operations in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and other states.
“It’s a human issue to me because my employees’ lives are being destroyed,” Murray said, adding that coal remains the cheapest way to generate electricity. “I grew up poor. Poverty-stricken people are going to be hurt the worst. Low-cost electricity is a staple of life.”
Legal challenges to the Obama administration’s latest climate proposal were widely expected. Opponents say the Clean Air Act, under which the EPA wrote the rules, does not give the agency the authority to regulate carbon emissions.
“How he’s used the Clean Air Act to try to get these regulations out is totally illegal,” Murray told Cavuto. “This will be litigated for some time. But in the meantime, 411 coal-fired power plants, 100,000 megawatts of the lowest-cost electricity, are going to be shut down while it’s being litigated.”
As a result, Murray believes the new rules for power plants will harm the coal and utility industries regardless of whether legal challenges succeed. Electric rates have already gone up and will go up “a whole lot more,” he warned.
In a note sent to clients earlier this month, Goldman Sachs analysts suggested much of the compliance costs could get passed down to consumers.
“Regulated utilities are typically able to pass through the costs of complying with environmental rules to rate paying consumers,” the analysts wrote. “Some of the higher utility costs could be passed through indirectly through higher prices for other goods and services, which would increase the effect somewhat.”
Murray, who has spent 58 years working in the electric utility and coal industries, said consumers will see higher bills as utilities look to replace the electricity generated by coal with more expensive sources.
“I am scared to death for our country, as a man who grew up poor, for people on fixed incomes, for retirees, for the poverty-stricken, and for people that manufacture a product,” he added.
Unquestionably, the Obama Administration is applying every pressure to bear upon the hapless middle class to destroy it, because it is the middle class that keeps the engine of industry moving. The upper class has already divested itself of most of its business operations in this country, and have moved – with the complicit help of our elected officials and subsequent administrations going back thirty years – overseas, where they can squeeze blood from a stone and cash in the profits at enormous rates literally impossible were they to remain here in the US. This is because of overregulation and onerous labor laws put in place by big government and big labor.
The large corporations have absolutely no sense of patriotism or loyalty but themselves and their bottom line. The true backbone of American enterprise is the middle and small business – the entrepaneurs and captains of industry – who move the nation forward, and it is these that this administration with a complicit congress, is targeting for elimination. It is using the overregulation, the Affordable Care Act – otherwise known as Obamacare – over-taxation, onerous federal, state, and sometimes even local zoning laws put in place to stymie development and investment growth, as well as making certain companies wait interminable periods to get approval while “green” companies are being rushed with both federal aid in the hundreds of millions of dollars, and troublesome IRS politically-motivated audits followed by expensive and unnecessary litigation. Yes, the middle class in the United States of America under the Obama Administration and the congress, is being slowly and methodically being eliminated.
In banana republics, this is done by a strongman at the top and his minions carrying out the nationalization of industry and the closings of private businesses across the country. In the United States, it is being carried out, and has been since 2009 when “Hope and Change” began to fundamentally transform the United States of America and massive nationalizations in the guise of bailouts began to take effect with the complicit knowledge and help of congress.
Because the aim is to so transform the nation that it will no longer be free and independent, but interdependent within the new world order, the changes being instituted are being made just for that purpose, and regardless of who is elected the next president, these changes will remain in place unless another “Reagan” kind of politician emerges from the political landscape that every day takes on more and more an appearance like a valley of dry bones, with political dynasties controlling political parties, and pre-anointed leaders or the same old hacks, keep being regurgitated and recycled over and over again.
On January 12, 2011, I sounded the warning shot, and blew the trumpet to warn the nation of what was coming. I had been doing this since the 2008 elections, but I knew that what we had known up until then was nothing compared to what was to come with Obama’s reelection. I wrote the following before the 2012 elections:
I have lived 53 years and have seen many inexplicable things, but I have never witnessed what you are about to read below, and which the entire world is now aware of. There have been many predictions by quacks and cranks over the centuries about it being the end of the world in their lifetimes, and of course, they have all been wrong, terribly wrong. But never in the history of the human race, have so many inexplicable occurrences happened almost simultaneously around the world, From time to time, one would witness an occurrence here, an occurrence there, sometimes months or years apart, but what occurred the past few days, occurred within hours from each other in diverse parts of the world. I am not predicting the end of the world, but I do know that One spoke of such occurrences taking place at a specific period of time before a great upheaval. I will quote Him below verbatim:
“See to it that you no one misleads you, for many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will mislead many.
“And you will be hearing of wars and rumors of wars; see that you are not frightened, for those things must take place, but that is not yet the end.
“For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and in various places there will be famines and earthquakes.
“But all these things are merely the beginning of birth pangs.
“Then they will deliver you to tribulation, and will kill you, and you will be hated by all nations on account of My name.
“And at that time many will fall away and will deliver up one another and hate one another.
“And many false prophets will arise, and will mislead many.
“And because lawlessness is increased, most people’s love will grow cold.
“But the one who endures to the end, he shall be saved.
“And this good news of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world for a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.”

A great tribulation is coming upon the whole world, perhaps in our lifetime, and it appears that judgment may have befallen our nation and the nations of the world for their treatment of Israel, for G-d has promised to Abraham and to his descendants after him, “I WILL BLESS THOSE WHO BLESS YOU, AND THE ONE WHO CURSES YOU, I WILL CURSE. AND IN YOU ALL THE FAMILIES OF THE EARTH SHALL BE BLESSED.” (Genesis 12:3) I didn’t make this up, it is in Scripture. In recent times, and particularly the last two years, led by the United States Administration of Barack Hussein Obama, the Western Powers have been less than favorable towards Israel, and Anti-Semitism has been on the rise in this nation, but especially in Europe, which has seen large mass migrations of Muslims from the Middle East and North Africa. And now, the United States has been embarking in secret negotiations with the terrorist nation of Syria, believing that Syria can be moved against its own interests and support sanctions against Iran if the United States can secure the Golan Heights from Israel and give it back to Syria. For years now, our country has been pressuring Israel to give up land, land that was promised to it by covenant with G-d. I have written before, and I will repeat it once more here, no nation, no leader, no empire has either the right or the authority to pressure the nation of Israel and the Jewish people to relinquish land given to it and to them by G-d Almighty through His covenant with Abraham, reiterated to his son Isaac, and confirmed to Jacob, and established the return of the Jewish people from two thousand years of exile to the land. To do so is to cause Israel to violate this covenant; this contract, and any nation, kingdom, or empire that does so has historically fallen. History is a bold testament to this, and we – the United States of America – through our recent presidents, and especially this current one who is accelerating all efforts in this behalf – are on the same collision course as every one of those nations. There is no exception to this, and the United States is in the most perilous period in its history, even worse than the War between the States, commonly known as the Civil War.
With the rise of Anti-Semitism, we have also witnessed in recent years outright persecutions of Christians by the secular humanists, socialists, and radical Marxist progressive elements in this country, while in the lands of the Middle East and in almost every Muslim nation on the face of the earth, Christians have been the target of Muslim radicals, with mass killings of them by demon driven hordes of Islamists in Ethiopia, Egypt, Yemen, Lebanon, and the Far East in Pakistan, and Indonesia, and India. Wherever Anti-Semitism has taken root, the open and outright persecution of Christians has followed. During the Dark and Middle Ages, while the Jews of Europe were being taken to the rack, and slaughtered by zealous agents of Rome, so were Bible believing devout Christians of all sorts whom the Vatican saw as dangerous rivals to their powerful hegemony over the kingdoms of Medieval Europe. Today, history is repeating itself, except that it is no longer the Vatican that is behind the persecution of Christians and Jews; the Anti-Semites and Christian bashers are now in our universities, and in government. Secular humanism has eroded religious freedoms in this country where it is now against the law to either have the Ten Commandments displayed in our public parks and buildings, or people to gather and read from the Scriptures in some public places, and events. The Establishment Clause of our Constitution has been twisted from the intents of the Framers which proscribed an establishment of a religion as the state religion, or practice to be prohibited in any way to mean religion is not to be practiced by public figures and in public places, and anything remotely equated with religion to be banned and stricken from any public place or event. Incredible.
Our own president – Barack Obama has as the leader of this nation and of the free world, declared that America is no longer a Christian nation, and with this declaration has un-tethered the United States from the Providence of G-d. He has severed the ties this nation once had to its Judeo-Christian roots, and has tirelessly working since he came to office to break asunder the very foundations of the republic’s most sacred dependency upon the grace and providence of the Lord G-d with whom every leader prior, with few exceptions, in one way or another had declared fealty to unequivocally. Mr. Obama has with his statements and his actions towards Israel and its leaders, made it clear that he is steering the nation far from its moors to which it had been anchored for two hundred thirty years, and has set it to sail into uncharted waters, dangerous waters which very well may bring our end if we do not change course, and change course immediately. We are witnessing a president who while adamantly making every attempt to claim he is a Christian, supporting and signing into law legislation that promotes Anti-Christian lifestyles, while nominating an avowed feminist to the post of justice in the land’s highest court – the US Supreme Court – and promoting policies and enforcement of measures that erode the nuclear family, while legitimizing alternative lifestyles and beliefs, as he openly not only promotes these, but seeks them out to consolidate his allegiance to them. Ladies and gentleman, these are not the actions of a Christian. A pear tree does not grow peaches, and the actions, statements, behavior, and world view of this president are inconsistent with a person who believes in the teachings of the Bible.

Do you hear the groaning across this great land? As you travel, have you seen the shuttered businesses, the vacant lots of empty commercial real estate? They may talk of recovery, but the talk does little to change the reality of what the people are feeling, and what they are experiencing as we know we and they are. The previous congresses and senates have been the most corrupt and self-serving in the history of this nation. The backroom , closed door deals, kickbacks, criminal activities of many members like Charles Rangel and other who have held seats in key committees that determine the very policies put into law by our elected officials, have impoverished the very people they were elected to represent, and have all but destroyed our currency by assuring that they would spend US into the current fourteen trillion dollar level, an unsustainable level, which has made US for generations to come debtors to the wealthiest banking interests within the Federal Reserve System, a private entity created specifically to inflate and devalue our currency, while enriching the owners of this privately owned central banks and the others under it.
Ladies and gentlemen, it is not by chance that we have come to this place. The people we have elected to office up until recently were no inept nincompoops who didn’t know what they were doing. They knew very well what they were doing, and as long as the American Electorate was kept in the dark about their activities, their reelection was all but secured. So we saw them get reelected election after elections, some “serving” for forty years. Senators like the late Edward Kennedy (D. Mass.) never held a private sector job and had no idea what it’s like to work for a living and earn one’s pay. Many of them went in poor and left office extremely wealthy. Year after year, they would vote themselves a pay raise, while they continued to spend well beyond the nation’s means, and raising the taxes of average working Americans.
But, it didn’t end there. The incestuous relation of government and the big labor unions have destroyed jobs and have increased the cost of running business in this country, and making good and services that were affordable to most Americans only a generation ago, now beyond the reach of are greater sector of this country’s population. Through increased taxation, regulation, and encroachment of government of and into the private sector, our elected officials and our presidents (Republican and Democrat alike) made it unprofitable for small businesses to hire more people, and for large businesses to remain in the United States, so hundreds of them with millions of jobs went overseas where such regulations do not exist and where wages and salaries are much less than those of this country.
Why then is this administration and the Democrat controlled Senate, along with the Republican Leadership in the GOP and the DNC’s leadership and rank and file so determined to continue on passing legislation that they know will be injurious to business and economic growth, while promoting and supporting measures and legislation euphemistically called “Green” which will cost more to implement and do precious little to truly benefit the environment? The answer is a simple one – because they are hell bent on promoting and enforcing an agenda based upon flawed models in order to benefit the Insiders who will benefit their bottom line monetarily, and thereby secure continued support from them in order to advance their political careers and later their private sector careers when they retired or are voted out of office by the American Electorate. Nothing is done in a vacuum, but every policy is prepared and measured according this metric. This is why politicians promote them regardless of political party affiliation. This is why we have witnessed in the recent past people as diametrically apart from each other on the political spectrum as Newt Gingrich and Nancy Pelosi promote various aspects as the green agenda, and Bill Clinton and George W. Bush and even Barack Obama support NAFTA and GATT, and the WTO. Politicians do not support these because the American people will benefit from them, because they will not; but because they will line their pockets and further their careers whether or not they are in public office, because these measures, treaties, and public policies, and legislation will also line the pockets of their very wealthy benefactors; those who have poured money, manpower, and public relations campaigns for their candidacy, having prepped them years before to hold these posts they occupy. This is the real reason why so often our elected officials and presidents have done what they have done to our nation and to US.
Because of this, in the two hundred and thirty four years the United States has existed as a Constitutional Representative Republic, the majority of self-serving politicians whom have “served” for the past sixty years in elected office, have guaranteed that this generation will leave the next generation with a largely diminished standard of living, which means for first time in our nation’s history, one generation has assured that the coming generation will not live in a better standard of living than its own, as had been the case the previous two hundred thirty-two years of this nation’s history. This is horrendous.
Ladies and gentlemen, our elected officials for the past eighty years have not been working for US, but for “them” – a small group of oligarchs who command industry, commerce, and banking, who are truly the ones who hold the reins of power in this country in and every country in the Western Hemisphere. The lobbyists whom our own politicians have bemoaned are the true voices of these oligarchs who are the liaison between government and Wall Street, leaving the American Electorate without real representation for approximately eighty years. As much as you’ll hear politicians like Barack Obama bemoan the lobbyists, the lobbyists will not go away; they are the voice of the rich and powerful oligarchs in industry and the media, military industrial complex. And as much as you’ll hear them demonize the bankers and Wall Street movers and shakers, the same people are “owned” by these. We have yet to see if the new T.E.A. Party Republicans who were swept into the US House of Representatives will stay true to their word and to the promises they made to the constituencies who elected them this past November, and reverse the horrendous trend railroaded into high gear these past two years by this president and the previous congress under his watch allied to him who rubber stamped his radical agenda to “fundamentally transform the United States of America, and how government operates in it.”
And now in what is perhaps the most disgraceful display of political grandstanding ever witnessed since the time when leading Democrat politicians turned the late Senator Wellstone’s funeral into a political pep rally years ago, far left partisans in the mass media, led by their counterparts in congress, and other far left activists; have taken this past Saturday, when a lone mentally disturbed 22 year old gunman named Jared Lee Louhner shoot and killed six people – one amongst them, a nine year old girl who was born on 9/11 – and critically injuring Representative Gabrielle Gifford’s (Dem. Ariz.) and fourteen other people around her, within just two hours of this tragic event, shamelessly used it to promote their political agenda ranging from the Fairness Doctrine to more draconian gun control laws, in the process demonizing all Americans who disagree politically with them. These shameless opportunistic partisans took aim specifically against Sarah Palin, and talk radio’s Rush Limbaugh, Mark Levin, Sean Hannity, and Michael Savage In all of my years, I have never witnessed such a shameless display of mischaracterization and hateful rhetoric and libelous slander against another as I have witnessed this past week on the alphabet soup channels, and some of their cable counterparts.
Beginning with Prima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik, a far left machine politician who has used this event to demonize the Republican Party, talk radio, and the T.E.A. Party, and all conservatives on the various morning shows. Dupnik has perjured himself from this case by his statements, something that a law enforcement officer should never do during the investigation of a crime. Have these people no sense of decency? Have they no shame? Can they not once dispense of their activism and lies in consideration of the grief of the families of those who died and those who are struggling with the wounds inflicted by this maniac? Could they not allow a grieving nation to reflect upon what just occurred instead of twisting the tragic event to take the opportunity to promote their political agenda? And why is the news media complicit in doing the same thing along with them? What has happened to objective reporting? Why is it that news reporting given way to editorializing and the promotion of one political point of view, and the slandering of all others who hold a different point of view? What has happened to a person’s right to conscience? To the free and open exchange of ideas? And why not wait to the families and the nation have had time to mourn their loss? Again I must ask, “have these people any sense of human decency? Have they no shame?”
It is ironic that the very people who decry extremism in others are themselves the most extreme of partisanship, of opinion – some calling for the abolition of talk radio, ban of all fire arms (repeal of the Second Amendment), even legally proscribing certain “types” of speech – in short, removing the very liberties our Constitution has protected for over two hundred years. It is interesting that those calling for moderation, and for all the facts to be vetted when a Muslim fanatic went on a shooting rampage in Fort Hood, Texas a year ago, today are quick to lay blame at the feet of those whom they disagree with politically. These are the same far left characters who last year called the T.E.A. Party racist, and extreme, and dangerous without a shred of proof to support their claims. And now they shameless and disgracefully rushed to demonize a part of the American electorate they disagree with and seek to supplant by any means possible. Ladies and gentlemen, these media pundits and politicians are themselves the dangerous ones. No one hears anyone from the “Right” calling for the abolition of free speech, or the abridgment of the right of the people to their fire arm, or the curtailing of any of the liberties enjoined and protected under our Constitution. Then, it must be observed and then asked, “Who are the extremists here? Who are the people calling for measures which in one way or another assault the rights of the American people?
Now step back and take a long hard look. Listen closely and do not allow yourself to get mindlessly carried away by the naiveté of the talking heads of the alphabet soup media who harbor their own agenda for the Left. And don’t be fooled by those who claim to be the avatars of moderation, who claim to be without title, and who claim not to want to be identified by either the Move On.org extremists on the Left or the T.E.A. Party on the Right, but are really leftist hacks masquerading as “mainstream.” Again, their own rhetoric exposes them, because it is the same rhetoric one hears from the left who command the alphabet soup news channels who have made this claim for years, but who in recent years, have come out as transparent partisans in every issue.
And please don’t be taken in by their cheap and simplistic rhetoric. Their claim at being “objective” or the guardians of information and truth; they are not. Their behavior during this tragedy is only the most recent example of just how callously shameless and inconsiderate these people are. By rushing to demonize a sector of the American electorate during a national tragedy such as the one which occurred this past Saturday, they show themselves to be contemptible and without any moral standing. This is a trend that has been increasing in how the networks report news, as news reporters have becoming more and more partisans with agendas they must use any tragedy to exploit. After all, they have a very good example in Rahm Emanuel, who himself said, “A crisis should not be brought to waste.”
Which brings US to our current dilemma. The United States is in decline. It is dying; morally, politically, economically, and as a super power. Our politicians have spent US into a hole we cannot come out of, and they have inflated our currency into worthless paper in order to pay for just the interest on it. The nations of the world know this. And super powers like Red China, whose cities we are building, and who hold our debt, know this and have begun to move out of the dollar they’ve been holding, as the OPEC nations and others who have used the American dollar as the world’s reserve currency are themselves moving out of the dollar and into safer currencies. Up until the present, the United States has been able to purchase oil with Americans dollars. This has kept the price of gasoline low relative to other nations who have themselves had to exchange their currencies into dollars in order to purchase the same oil. That is changing. More and more nations are moving away from the dollar. Why? Because the Federal Reserve Bank has been printing notes – that is, dollars – in order to meet the demand of our government’s spending. Thus we have had QE1 and QE2 (Quantitative Easing 1, and Quantitative Easing 2); the rapid inflation of our dollar.
This is why prices have skyrocketed for the past year for such common items as food, gas, electricity, and many other staples and household items. And it is why commodities such as gold, silver, copper, platinum, and palladium prices have gone through the roof in the last three years. And it is why soybeans, corn, wheat, and other commodities are going to go higher than their historic highs. And this is why it is going to get worse, much worse. Our nation and the world are in depression. The number of poor Americans is in the millions, with one in six American statistically on or below the poverty line. If it weren’t so tragic for so many of our fellow Americans, it would be comical to see how with every claim of recovery the government/media complex makes, there continues to be more and more statistical and empirical evidence to the contrary. Like the proverbial finger holding the hole in the flimsy dam, each claim is rebuffed by new evidence that it is nothing but lies. The people, regardless of what they media and the current administration say, know the extent of their suffering and afflictions. In the face of propaganda, there is nothing more sobering than cold, hard, bold reality. It bites, and the American people are feeling it regardless of what the well paid talking heads say.
Foreclosures up, and have now beaten the levels not seen since the Great Depression. In some places throughout the US, there are entire sections of blocks after blocks of empty foreclosed and abandoned properties, what used to be somebody’s home. Like every other federal bailout program the Obama Administration has undertaken, the Making Homes Affordable Plan is a dismal failure. The forms needed for Loan modifications made through HAMP (Home Affordable Mediation Program) are eleven pages long, and even the banks call them “onerous.” The modification process takes months, and the federal requirements for them have changed twice, which has added to the confusion. The people who the administration claims these programs would help have not been helped by them. In fact out of the millions of distressed home owners who have applied for HAMP only 495,898 U.S. borrowers have received permanent loan modifications. Like every promise it makes, the Obama Administration has fallen far short of the nine million it claimed this program would help. In fact, more than forty-eight per cent of those who apply fall out of HAMP, most of them being disqualified by the bank. Is it any wonder then in the face of all of this that the Housing Market Slips Into Depression Territory...? Who then are these people trying to kid? We are in a DEPRESSION, not a recovery. Even the Fed Chairman admits that the job market will not rebound for another five years.
The government’s recent figure for the unemployed is at 9.4 per cent of the overall population of over 307,006,550, but this figure is misleading, because the Department of Labor only counts those who are currently collecting unemployment checks as “the unemployed.” It is explained in the following manner:
“The Bureau of Labor Statistics derives its "headline" unemployment number (identified as U-3 in BLS charts) by tabulating data collected from the state unemployment offices. These offices keep tabs on laid-off workers collecting unemployment insurance benefits. So far so good. But once an unemployed person exhausts their benefits (or extended benefits, "Emergency Unemployment Compensation") and stops reporting their weekly job search efforts to the state office, then they fall off the roster of unemployed people and are instead counted as "marginally attached to the labor force." This category also includes so-called "discouraged" job seekers and those who have formally stopped looking for work for reasons other than discouragement.
There are 2.3 million "marginally attached" unemployed by the BLS count. Various other unemployed people don't make it into the official count. For example, those people who are hired but let go before they reach 14 weeks of employment -- the period needed to qualify for unemployment insurance -- won't be counted under "initial jobless claims" even though they lost their jobs. There are 2.3 million "marginally attached" unemployed by the BLS count. Various other unemployed people don't make it into the official count. For example, those people who are hired but let go before they reach 14 weeks of employment -- the period needed to qualify for unemployment insurance -- won't be counted under "initial jobless claims" even though they lost their jobs. It does not factor in or include the over twenty million who have exhausted all of their unemployment benefits and are no longer collecting. As far as the government is concerned, these long term unemployed – called 99ers because they’ve not been able to secure work and have exhausted the maximum 99 weeks of unemployment insurance and extensions available – these people have ceased to exist and no longer even on the radar. The government also does not include in their figure the over seventeen million under-employed, who are either holding two part-time jobs, one part-time job, or a full time job, all of which do not offer these people the level of income they once earned before the economy bottomed out. If one is to factor in the number of those who are no longer counted by the Department of Labor and those who are underemployed, the total figure is a staggering thirty-seven to forty per cent of our total population. That is, almost forty per cent of 307,006,550. That comes to a staggering figure of 116,477,460.7 Americans who fall into one of these three categories! This is clearly one third of the population. Do you realize the amount of panic it would cause if the government were to admit that this many Americans are either out of or marginally at work?
As another website put it: “Ninety-nine weeks is just shy of two years. Given that the recession began exactly three years ago, and that some people live in states that don’t even qualify for all 99 weeks of unemployment, it should be no surprise that some Americans have already exhausted their benefits.” (http://benatlas.com/2010/12/massive-number-of-unemployed-are-about-to-fall-of-the-99ers-cliff/) It is reprehensible that this government doles out hundreds of billions of tax dollars these people once paid for decades when the government taxed them from the earnings of their labor, to less than trustworthy governments around the world with money it does not have, and has trouble extending the unemployment benefits of their own citizens who for no fault of their own lost their jobs to foreign competition, because this same government has made it impossible for business to be profitable in this country due to higher taxes and regulations. This is inexcusable. So next time you hear a politician on either side of the political spectrum tell you that we cannot afford to extend benefits to our unemployed, remind them of the trillions of dollars that go overseas for foreign aid. Also remind them that it was they who brought this depression to our nation and not the hapless unemployed and underemployed.
With almost one third of the overall population either unemployed, underemployed, or completely off the radar – what is commonly called “discouraged workers,” and more than half of the nation’s current population not paying any income tax, more and more states are finding it increasingly difficult to provide critical services such as police, infrastructure maintenance, and other vital services they provide for their communities. Unemployment insurance bankrupt in 26 states, insolvency projected for 9 more states in 6 months and with more and more states like California and New York in or near bankruptcy, the signs of a recovery are all but illusory. No matter how they try to spin, reality hits right back with the real figures and the news of more and more cities and states in insolvency. This is because for years the corrupt political machineries of these states and the various municipalities within them have ratcheted up their spending on pork laden projects and kickbacks, as their counterparts in Washington have done the same, all the while making it more onerous for small business owners, who constitute eighty per cent of where jobs come from, to conduct profitably and hire more workers. On the contrary, as the economy has contracted, so has the volume of commerce, and with that many businesses have been forced to either lay their workforce off, close down altogether, or go overseas where they are not as heavily regulated or taxed as they are here. The politicians have done this to America, and it is they now who are trying to devise all sorts of ways to squeeze blood from the proverbial stone for revenue in this depression.
And it is not just the economy which is depression and the finances of so many are in a state of flux, but nature itself is in upheaval. The United States and Europe have witnessed the coldest winters in recent history. And it is getting worst. Monster storms, tsunamis in diverse places, killer earthquakes, displacement of whole populations in various locations around the planet, and the mystery of massive numbers of dead birds, fish, and fowl around the planet; green lakes, etc., are all happening just as you’re reading this report. What is all this about? Why are the storms and hurricanes becoming more devastating in recent years? What has coincided with them in the geo-political arena in regards to Israel? What is the United States and the nations of Europe doing wrong? Our leaders are clueless, and because they know precious little about Biblical prophecy and the ramifications of their foreign policy towards the Middle East, there is no indication that things are going to improve in the near future.
But regardless of what may befall this nation and the West, remember one very important thing; the world has seen upheavals of historic proportions before, and G-d’s people have lived through every one of them. The sign that those who put their faith and trust in G-d and call on His name for their security and are faithfully preserved and protected, yes, even through every violent upheaval that has happened before and without a doubt those which will occur again; is all around US. Israel today is in the Holy Land not just because of the tenacity of the intrepid Zionist pioneers who braved land and sea to return to their homeland, but because of the faithfulness of G-d who, in spite of every attempt that man has made to try to exterminate them and wipe them off of the face of the earth, they live and thrive to this day, while their enemies are nothing but a disgraced historic byword and memory.
Regardless of what you see around you; what you hear in the news (though much is not being reported by the alphabet soup news media); and what may befall the dollar; do not lose heart. Put your trust in G-d and pray for your family, for your nation, for your leaders, and pray that judgment may be averted, because things are only as inevitable as you allow them to be. Nineveh was placed under judgment, it was eminent, yet when everyone in Nineveh humbled themselves and prayed for G-d’s forgiveness, judgment was averted. Read the story, it is in the Book of Jonah. America can do the same. We stand at a fork in the road, we can either go one way or the other; the choice is ours as individuals, as Americans, and as a nation.
Yes, we are seeing how a great nation, a great republic founded originally conceived and founded upon solid Judeo-Christian principles implodes and corrupts itself from within. We are seeing an end of an era, and we are beholding how a once free people and nation is transformed into an Obamanation.
